-Not allowed training before probation but will be expected to be an expert in the exclusive techvertu softwares from day one. -They do not discuss the issues they have with you, they will let them accumulate and dismiss you for incidents you don’t get the chance to explain. - Toxic “blame the new man” environment - Famous around the whole of JohnFHunt for the awful engineer turn around.
