No Intro, induction, no training for new hires. No proper communication with the reporting POC, there is no sign of assigning the new employees work but we need to ask the manager about daily work. Manager's harsh way of talking, no respect, insulting the previous employment/ professionalism. No proper timings, always there is extension of working hours. About the retention of employees - There is no meeting to revoke an employee, they just ask for the reason and done. They give u exit. No proper relieving process. They don't bother about the employee's exit or try for a revoke. They wont try to solve the concerns of an employee - like I had a concern of behavioural issue of the manager.
