They will not promote you or give you any form of a consequential raise. Managers get excessive bonuses and 6 figure salaries and protect their clique heavily. They will not do anything to retain you, no matter how valuable they think you are, their business model runs on low paid local talent being pushed through their 2 week trainings then onto live production with, sometimes, faked credentials.
