Decent benefits, flex vacation policy, management is fairly hands off and allows the teams freedom to work in whatever way suits them (minus remote work, of course)

About a dozen key technical people quit over the last 2 years and no adjustments have been made to appease the people still here. Leadership ignores employee feedback, justifies their positions, and results in more resignations (you can see examples of this by reading replies to reviews on this site). With the low salaries, lack of direction, mandated office presence, constant re-organization of teams, outdated technologies, it is very easy to find a much more attractive offer elsewhere.
