They show one figure to MoM and pay one figure to Employee. They cheat employees in terms of pay, in terms of contract, in terms of insurance. They are soft while they recruit you but you can see their extreme unprofessional when you are leaving them. They are only concerned about the money, not about Employee welfare, they do not concern about the clients.
