Pros

Senior recruiters pull push and do anything and everything to withhold their position. The account manager is literally a flirty character and only works on accountability for female employees. the team lead are literally doesn't have proper communication. The Hr, lead, senior and account manager work together and will do anything to degrade or make them an under performer and do cheap politics. If you question or identify the politics they do anything to get out of the org.

Pros

Recruitment is an incredibly competitive landscape globally and TechBridge have created a completely unique model that contractually guarantees hires and at a price point that is equivalent or lower than internal TA. Price isn't even comparable to an agency recruiter.... So the company is in constant development which things change and improve regularly. The clients are FIRST CLASS. A mix of the biggest enterprise companies in the world and recently funded, high growth start ups. People get new opportunities and take on new responsibilities regularly. It's a start up so lots of formalities are not necessary - entirely WFH for most. New ideas welcome and actively encouraged. Essentially just super refreshing compared to most recruitment companies.

Still in development, processes are being developed to suit a unique product offering ... which takes time and lots of iterations. Takes a certain mindset to keep going.

- annual performance & salary appraisal - incentive & bonus programs - team meet-ups (before pandemic) & virtual hangouts (during pandemic) - career growth opportunities, either promotion within the same career or lateral transfer when they see your potential to flourish in another role/dept - work life balance is prioritized. we are highly discouraged to work beyond shift and weekends. any leader that pressures its members to overwork gets reprimanded by the management - only 3 months of probation instead of 6 months like in most companies - diversity, it's been fun connecting with our indian, philippine, vietnamese and indonesian workmates - no micromanagement - company has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment which is why the reviewer from March 18, 2022 with the review headline "open politics" got terminated

being a start-up, the company is still lacking on: - structure - benefit package, which is still limited to just internet allowance, annual & sick leaves, maternity & paternity leaves - training programs
