- There is no work/life balance at the company. The business-owner will reach out to you after work hours and during weekends to get updates and assign tasks. - The paychecks are considerably lower than the industry standards. - There is no room for growth or self-improvements at the company. The owner will micromanage all the time. There is no freedom at work and this is one of the reasons why the employee turnover rate is high.
