I would advise potential candidates to be cautious before considering this organization. Many of the 5-star reviews appear to be solicited under pressure. Employees are reportedly asked to like and follow the company’s social media pages, with implications that failure to do so may affect internal evaluations such as PMS (Performance Management System) scores. The HR department lacks professionalism and a proper understanding of their role. Employees are required to use their personal email IDs for official communication, which raises privacy concerns. Micromanagement is prevalent, and those who take sick leave are often unfairly targeted or threatened with termination. Even minor instances like leaving 45 minutes early are treated with undue scrutiny, including demands for written explanations. There have also been inappropriate practices reported, such as preferential placement of women in certain departments based on the preferences of senior staff—raising serious concerns about workplace ethics. The company’s leadership, including the CEO, has reportedly crossed professional boundaries, including pressuring employees to attend social events. Those who choose to stand up for themselves or raise objections face the risk of dismissal. To female professionals especially: please exercise caution. HR plays petty office politics. Anindita Dam doesn't have any HR knowledge but plays petty office politics. She will try to demean you and your experience but at the same time won't be able to explain simple recruitment metrics such as KPIs, iteration rate, recuruitment cycle etc. Anindita even asks everyone o share their official email id and password with her, so that she can keep a watch on everyone. She expect the team to come to office at 10:30 am and leave the office at 7:30 Pm, else the attendance get irregular affect the salary. However, she herself leaves at 7:10pm. She rejected a candidate saying she is a woman candidate, even though the candidate was upto mark and the team lead was okay to hire her. The candidate too was willing to do night shift from home as per company's requirement. That's the kind of diversity inclusion this company promotes.
