Kontras
All the issues I had were with upper middle management. The highest up supervisor that I worked with most often loved to nitpick and micromanage, dispite doing not a lot except staring at the cameras all day.
There's also this word "priority" that gets thrown around there a lot.
Your team and your supervisor will have a good flow going on a task, and then someone in a higher position will come to tell you what you're doing wrong (even though they don't know what the correct processes are on these things first hand), and then change the "priority" for the 3rd or 4th time that week.
Oh, and they pay exactly 8 cents over minimum wage just so they can say they "pay more than minimum wage". You could make more money with less skills flipping burgers.
Was told by half a dozen (if not more) coworkers that the raises they like to lord over your head are fictional. Certainly didn't see one myself in the almost 12 months I worked there, despite being cross-trained on half a dozen (or more) different positions.
