The current CEO is trying to pump and dump this company to give the owners the biggest payout they can get. The culture he has instituted at this company is horrendous. It's dramatically changed from when the owners were in charge of it. The operations department is utterly inept, especially the guy in charge of the whole thing, and continues to screw up jobs left and right which is now causing electrical contractors to not give business to Tech anymore. If you take a job here, you won't have it for long before the company is forced to shutter. Avoid this company at all costs.
