Management team including Naman, Gazal, Pallavi are so bad at there culture to employees. They dont care about employees. They just Collect money from clients and try to scam them. SCAMMERS

I joined the company on the first day. You can say I was the first hire along with other co-founders. I have not sales experience and with Co-founders I got first hand experience on sales and learnt about sales pitch, presentations, lead generation and closing deals. In terms of pros, I must say that a new employee will get to learn about and Tech Curve provides fast growth.

In terms of con, I had to struggle a lot with the step learning curve and it going to be there as company is keep coming up with new IT products and solutions for their customers. Co-founders are very dynamics so they would expect you to be dynamic as well. Just remember if you can learn fast then company is for you otherwise give a pass.
