Advancement and key decisions frequently appear driven by personal alignment rather than performance, experience, or results. There is a clear disconnect between stated organizational values and day-to-day leadership behavior. Executive accountability is limited, and constructive input from experienced staff is often ignored or discouraged. This creates an environment where capable employees struggle to operate autonomously or grow.
