Pros

The place is a different organization. Lots of complaining by employees who failed during tenure. No profits no growth and not on the radar of anyone and now it's the talk of the Region. Tech has upgraded talent, management, products and technology. We have folks who work, care and achieve now. Closing the country club mentality changed the org and our communities as Tech has ascended to great earnings and positioning.

Many employees at the staff and manager levels are committed, hardworking, and genuinely want to do what’s best for the organization and its members.

Leadership instability, micromanagement, and favoritism at the executive level significantly undermine morale and long-term effectiveness. Senior leaders frequently insert themselves into day-to-day work without providing clear strategic direction, which slows execution and erodes trust. High-performing employees are often constrained rather than empowered, leading to disengagement or departure. Advancement and key decisions frequently appear driven by personal alignment rather than performance, experience, or results. There is a clear disconnect between stated organizational values and day-to-day leadership behavior. Executive accountability is limited, and constructive input from experienced staff is often ignored or discouraged. This creates an environment where capable employees struggle to operate autonomously or grow. Strategic initiatives are regularly disrupted by leadership changes and over-intervention, resulting in wasted effort, lost momentum, and frustration among teams attempting to deliver consistent value to members.
