Pros

In 2014 the company was great! They promoted from within and had great leadership at the top. The technology was cutting edge.

Kontras

In 2015 the company culture took a turn for the worst when new upper management was put into place. We began to loose valuable people at all levels because of one person. I also believe that this person was responsible for the huge layoff that took place in 2016. This used to be a wonderful place to work but not anymore. I feel bad for those who are still left to carry the heavy burden now and have to continue working for someone who has an evil spirit.

Pros

Some wonderful people and they are getting their act together regarding training, compensation, personnel development. Company values are positive although it is in word only, not deed.

Kontras

People are in positions they should not be in due to limited experience. Too often decisions are made too quickly and emotionally. Mistakes are often made in the finance department; important when it involves your compensation. New president is making changes but not sure if it will be enough and if we can trust him. Compensation for sales is not on par with competition.
