There are a lot of genuinely good people at TeamSupport who care about their work and about each other. Team collaboration is strong, and most employees are trying to do the right thing for customers. There’s no shortage of effort or commitment from the people doing the day-to-day work.

Unfortunately, the company is held back by its leadership. A co-founder still has significant decision-making power but lacks vision and strategic direction, muting the impressive product team.
On top of that, the CEO has brought toxicity to the culture by openly insulting employees in meetings and even made inappropriate comments about employees’ weight. HR doesn’t appear to have the influence or the will needed to meaningfully address culture or people concerns, which leaves employees feeling like issues go unresolved. Without clearer strategy and stronger cultural consistency, it’s difficult for the company to fully capitalize on the talent it has.
