My success, people's success and success stories; give me a lot of motivation when I succeed push me to continue to develop myself for more success and the feeling that your effort is recognized is a good motivation and I can tell that my experience at Tek-experts in my first 3 months have been very pleasant since I have been recognized for my effort and I can see all my coworkers feel the same way too. This place has a good environment and it is on its way to grow and the important thing is that you feel part of that growth. You have the sense that you are part of the company and not just a number as I had felt in previous places. In my opinion is an excellent company to be part of, and also its premises and location is a plus

Sincerely the only feedback that I can share with you in regards areas of improvement at least in my personal situation is the following; I had to take my decision of been part of the company not based on the payment because I think it can be more competitive, instead I took my decision of becoming part of the organization based on the other benefits like location, nice and clean environment, as employee here you have the possibility to manage your breaks and lunch time by yourself, I can come to work by train avoiding the terrible traffic and it is super near to the university I currently attend.
