Pros

Not much... CEO seems like he understands the problem with there time keeping process but has yet to correct it. I'm not fairly certain if he knows or agrees with how management keeps Support Engineers in compliance. I guess work from home is alright for the few who they allow to, but it doesn't matter much when you have to work through your breaks and lunches and not get extra pay only reprimanded cause you did not change your status which will eventually lead to termination.

Don't get me started on the 3 months training that helps in no way to get you ready for the work you are asked to do. You have to work through your lunches and breaks and not get paid. All to try and close a anywhere from 10-15 case backlog while being ready to recieve a Critical Incident Case every other day that more than likely you will have to add to your backlog as well. CRIT Cases supersede all other cases so prepared to be on them for most of your day. I have never been so emotionally and mentally drained at the end of a shift in any other job I've had.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
