We offer our people across a number of technical business units the opportunity to earn a performance-related bonus for meeting quality and productivity targets. At the end of 2022, we made a significant investment into our bonus plan to increase the amount of compensation that can be earned. This investment gives colleagues eligible for performance-related bonuses the ability to earn a larger bonus directly aligned to performance.
