This place started out excellent and with good momentum. Obsession with metrics, poor pay, promoting "managers" over actual leaders and ignoring employee ideas and pleas for help has caused them to hemmorhage good employees and leaders who have understandably gotten hired at other places where they are appreciated and compensated appropriately. I personally witnessed multiple temp workers find out that they were going to be fired through the grapevine rather than their managers growing a pair and informing them. I personally witnessed co workers be without a manager or any kind of leadership for almost two months as Tek "tried to find new managers." These employees were then chastised for struggling and/or fired with no warning and no information could be given as to what they did wrong which was cruel, disingenuous, and put additional strain on the employees who were already struggling to keep their heads afloat. I personally witnessed mental breakdowns by co workers both in the office and over our private employee chats. THIS SHOULD NEVER HAPPEN. They found every excuse in the book to deny raises for years. Certain employees (favorites) would be pubicly praised for doing well, while other employees who did the same were rarely acknowledged, or never at all. Tools were constantly breaking or denying you access which severely affected your job because you could do almost nothing until access was restored. They would blame you for not following the correct processes, ignoring you when you explained that you did follow process and issues still occurred, or neglecting to inform you that a process had changed. "Oh. Thats so weird! It worked for me!" Was a common response. Additionally, if you think you know how to do your job, think again. The thing you were trained on just 3 weeks ago will probably change again in a few days, and they might tell you, or they might not! Its a mystery. The processes
