They don't care about their employees. They don't train you correctly AT ALL. Weird power complex supervisors have. They only care about finishing tickets. You're not IT, you're basically emailing people large paragraphs on where THEY should find the solutions to their problems. You get evaluated on your personal reviews that you cannot help since they make you communicate so poorly. You work with large companies who are making so much more money than you while you make $18/hr stuck to the computer. You have to clock in and out to two different software. They lied saying it was a 100% remote WFH but then said we have to mandatorily go back to office by December 21st. And those who have exceptional good ratings can be considered to stay home. People don't climb up, others get fired or quit and thats when they promote those who have stayed the longest ie 9 mons+
