You'll get to learn an aspect of the product you're supporting. Also, you may not have to worry about commuting to work because there is provision for all staff.

Kontras

It's difficult to balance work and your personal life. The workload is high and there is lot of pressure on getting cases closed.

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
