Pros

Team members were very supportive, everyone was willing to help answer questions if they had the time. Training was beginning to get better, had some training from Microsoft Engineers.

Kontras

Case load was heavy at times, if there is a backlog you do have to take a case. The team has grown so this may have helped with case loads. Learning the product by talking to customers is stressful but the training was getting better as mentioned. Salary is low but if you're just getting started you can get some good experience.

Thank you for the feedback! We have been busy during this past year of Covid! While other companies are having to lay off staff we have grown over 30% during these times just here in the US.

Pros

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
