      training, remote, nice co-workers/friendly environment.

      Kontras

      they will ask you to do the job of 3 different positions as 1 agent. I do not recommend it.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Kontras

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
