5yThank you for the detailed feedback. I'm happy to share we are already in the process of working on several of your suggestions. There is work underway to move to an every-other week pay cycle - I expect to roll this out by mid year 2021. We are also working on a project to roll out technology that will smooth out the communication process to all employees - this is scheduled to release in 2021 as well! Stay tuned!
