We certainly don’t take inbounds calls like a call center does – but in most cases the best way to get issues resolved is to pick of the phone and talk to the customer whenever there is a question. Being able to manage a diverse caseload is critical in our environment. With Covid affecting people and requiring a lot of work from home situations, there has certainly been no short of issues for us to help out with!
