I don%E2%80%99t see a lot in your post that is specific for me to respond to. I will share that we do like to recognize birthdays, team accomplishments, and engagement, so we do end of having a lot of cake throughout the month. It sounds like our environment was not a good fit for your, so I hope you have found that perfect role for what you were looking for!
