      Good and nice working place

      Kontras

      No career development. no salary review. no vision from managers to help engineers. Workload is huge, and benefit is poor. The promise from Management is a joke.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
