      Pros

      Since it is a growing company there are a lot of opportunities to grow your career. Overall internal environment is very relaxed so you feel good when going to work.

      Internal communication between departments is not very efficient. The hiring process can be improved.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Kontras

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
