Some nice colleagues Good place if you are on drugs as dealers in the house

Terrible management or better still lack of management Empty promises No chance of a pay rise no matter how long you work there Managers who are great in demotivating people and than they expect to be taken seriously No clear procedures or useful training

The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

Kontras

Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
