Excessive workload There isn’t any documentation about what is the procedure for your job position and if there is one is so obsolete that it mentions things that don't exist anymore. If you are good at something (somehow manage to have your metrics in green) they will add you more work saying that you can do it (which is not true) and don’t expect any congratulation or appreciation unless you are friends with the management. Be ready to hear “everyone can be replaced” every time that you try to ask a raise or start feeling like you are an important member of your team Start searching for the same job in another company because they will certainly pay you more for doing the same things that you are doing right now.
