      Pros

      This is a very fast paced job and the company is growing very quickly. There are many opportunities for advancement if you are willing to put in the work and deal with the job requirements. This job is not without its downsides but overall is very willing to try to accommodate most needs within reason and simply a great place to work

      Stressful situations are definitely not for everyone, if you are one of the individuals not willing to change with the times. Please don’t make things worse at this company. Schedules are fluid so you must be too.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
