- Paying not worth compared to the work received. - There is the culture of the "replaceable employee" - The company didn't take care of how much would the employees would spend in transportation after the working place moving. - They make you work on other special tasks just for the sake of helping them out because of finding that specific skill being difficult to find. However, they will not raise your salary. (for Upper Management in my case) - Getting a raise is almost impossible if you are not good friends with management. - There is a favoritism from Upper Management for some teams.
