      Pros

      Good environment to learn, if intentional about it. It's going to take a lot of intentionality to find time to learn anything as a support. Good place to network, and the company is a fast employer of people.

      Kontras

      A person can prioritize learning and capacity building. But for a lot of support roles, operations and BE roles, you can easily get lost in KPIs, you get drained, you learn nothing new or you don't earn enough to worth putting your best effort.

      Pros

      The paychecks don't bounce, at least as far as I experienced. You'll never ever have time to be bored, if you could call it that.

      Completely toxic work environment, through and through. Ignores requests for Disability accomodations, uses the information gleaned from that process to institute write-ups. PIPs are their favorite tool ever, beside death from overwork.
