Communication between management and employees could be better

Fair pay, good benefits, PTO, and small holiday bonuses - can't take these things for granted in the tax res industry since most places don't offer them. Co-workers are generally friendly and competent in their work.

HUGE caseload with no prayer of completion. Just trying to keep heads above water. Everyone tries to do their best, but upper management seems incapable of improving conditions. Morale among employees is very low. HR is a mess. Very high turnover among employees. No upward mobility beyond case manager.
