Bullying and condescending to employees by Management. Countless, repetitive useless meetings everyday that does not produce results and are used for Management to yell and scream and decrease the moral of the office. Management frowns upon personal lives and are not flexible at all. Do not expect to be able to leave ½ hour early for anything. It will be denied or they will allow it, but charge you ½ day vacation. Management will write you up if you suggest meeting your co-workers for a drink on a Friday after work. Employees are expected to work long hours for no reason other to look “professional”. No new accounts come in the office and therefore Management freaks out over every little detail to retain current accounts. Carriers do not like working with this company as they, too, are bullied and screamed at and if they do not do what Management wants, Management will go over their heads until they relent. Management micromanages by having all correspondence go through them first, and they must be included on all emails and letters. Phones and emails are monitored daily. Workflows are tedious and repetitive. No room to learn and grow as you day is filled by useless workflows, meetings and being berated by Management. Employee turnover on the past 2 years have exceeded 100%.
