- Loads of false promises in marketing materials for hiring - Poor pay compared to other companies for same job - Management does not provide mentorship even though they say they do - False promises from management - engineers in training for the most part are just construction inspectors

Pros

Consulting firm that is big in a small town with strong presence in communities. I found most coworkers, managers, and leadership to be sincere, dedicated, and knowledgeable. Nice to see company pride amongst staff. Solid company values including professional development, events for staff and families, and opportunities for company share.

Firm is still growing, pay and benefits are decent but not the most competitive.

- Management does not know how to run a long term business. - Very clear seniors and management have no idea what is available now in terms of technology to leverage
