Thank you for the time you took to provide us feedback. We’d like to highlight some key items to ensure that you have a clear understanding:
1. Tatari prides itself on the culture it has built, including winner of Inc. Magazine Best Workplace for 3 consecutive years, amongst many others. We are committed to providing strong and competitive compensation and benefits (total rewards) packages to our employees.
2. Pay and equity at Tatari are aligned, and sometimes above, market. In addition, annual raises and bonuses are significant at Tatari for the many employees who have outperformed versus their peers; for ones who do not have the same experience, it’s a result of underperformance.
3. Our founders and executive team is comprised of previous founders and senior leaders at fast-rising startups like Shazam, TrueCar, and AdapTV, as well as larger, more established tech companies like Amazon, Google, and Stripe. We do not promote friends; it is the exact opposite–leaders at Tatari (director or VP level) have typically worked at the company for 2+ years before they are put in key leadership positions on the basis of merit.
4. We have launched a series of management training courses to further improve leadership and managerial skills. We have also recently implemented a new robust HRIS system, along with clearly stated career leveling and growth path for each Tatarian.
