Pros
Tatango is a wonderful company to work for - as they offer extremely competitive compensation and benefit packages. Additionally, employees are recognized and rewarded for their hard work through bonuses, perks and occasional "employee appreciation days," which are paid days off 'just because.' Management truly cares about each and every employee and encourages new ideas, creativity, collaboration, and self-development.
For a fully remote company, the culture is amazing. Tatango has a strong remote work culture and sense of community where employees stay connected through various social platforms; celebrate one another's accomplishments; share stories and ideas; and embrace one another's differences. I take pride in the fact that we have a team of professional intellectuals that work well together, self-manage themselves and are experts in their area of work.
As a parent and family oriented individual, I really appreciate that Tatango embraces and encourages a work-life balance. We have flexible hours and unlimited PTO, which is unheard of in many work places. I can honestly be successful in both my professional and personal life without having to choose between the two or allow them to overlap, which is nice.
If you are looking to work in a great organization where the entire team shares the same work ethics, values, and objectives - that happens to be fully remote - then you need not to look any further. Tatango is a pretty awesome place, and I am fortunate to be a part of the team.
