Great scope of learning if you are rightly placed. Tata as a brand is good esp when Tata Group wants to make this product successful.

Respect respect respect which is missing. Treat employees as asset not as labourers who can code Core leadership which is driven by service mindset lacks clarity and directions. Unfortunately there are few decision makers, an unsustainable model for the scale they are targeting. Head of Architecture is only trying to build his resume and misguiding everyone. When facts go against him , he will try demotivating your team in authoritative manners.
