Pros

There are literally no pros trust me.

Kontras

Worst company to work for. Too much work pressure, bias, and favoritism. They literally deduct ₹12k–₹15k from your salary (sometimes that's almost half of what you earn). The work environment is toxic, with creepy people and an overall unsafe atmosphere. It's better to stay unemployed than work in this company and earn 12k a month when your salary is supposed to be 30k+. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend joining this company. I'd rather keep looking for a better opportunity than work in a place where you're under constant stress and not treated with respect.

Pros

The Frontline First culture is unlike any other organization I have worked for. I feel like the CEO and other CSuite leaders are transparent and approachable. Solid leaders who clearly understand the needs of employees.

Kontras

Like all companies there are opportunities to improve, so nothing really worth mentioning.

Pros

Loved the LXL management chain. Supportive, fun, progress-minded. The company as a whole was okay, but the department I was with made it amazing. Lots of opportunities to develop skills. Absolutely incredible visibility for diversity, which is celebrated and respected without hesitation.

Kontras

Very high demand. Can be very challenging to learn how to balance work and breathing room without falling behind. Many other departments were quick to blame the LXL department in front of highly regarded stakeholders for failures that were not of our own. Pay also changes depending on the client you work with. My client was the highest paying client at the time I was employed. The LXLs working for the branch-off of work from my client were paid much more than I due to the intensity of the work. My pay was considered the cap for where I was, and getting a raise that was not just a few pennies was not going to happen. Moving up is possible but limited. Due to this company being a BPO, if the client no longer needs our work, we are liable to be laid off. Employees are not contracted, but TaskUs is contracted to the client. Layoffs are a possibility, be it near or far. I was laid off after 4 years and saw many waves of many sizes laid off while there.
