Unfortunately these aren't the leadership that is doing the good work. You will be dispensible. In spite of good company performance Ania thinks she can always do better with new people. I am sure that her slt attrition is 100% by now but she will say it's not her fault. You might learn something but most of the time you will be spinning without progress since priorities change every time senior leadership makes bad decisions Ania will be on her cell phone or sending slack messages on the side during important meetings and even one on ones
