Pros

I've been with Taskdrive for quite some time already. My experience has been fantastic, and I've always had positive interactions with the management. Nobody has ever used their position or influence against me, and everyone is quite personable. When it comes to your professional development, the management is also quite encouraging. They provide a wide range of opportunities for employees to advance their careers. The management right now and the current team structure is the best. Because everyone has a fair treatment and no one makes someone feel that there's a gap between their positions. Everyone has a say, and the management pays attention to all opinions. When it comes to leave approval, our leaves get approved right away. The management truly supports work-life balance because they even force us to consume our PTOs so we can rest and use all our leaves.

I have no cons because for 2 years, I'm happy with what I do and I never had any issues with someone in the company. So far, the management has been consistent and transparent. In my opinion, if you're having issues with a certain company or a person, sometimes it's not the company itself or the person, mostly it's your ATTITUDE towards them.

I have been working with TaskDrive since April 2023. The interview, hiring process and onboarding process was smooth. I have met some of the best minds in Technology here at TaskDrive. Flexible Schedule Remote Working Top management is easily reachable Employee Recognition Yearly Appraisals Monthly 1x1 Weekly meetings PTO's, Incentives, Sick Leaves. Worldwide Team. Quarterly Retrospective.
