Gossip with negative employees that don’t want to work fight managers that are trying to make it a decent place. Many think the grass is greener but honestly the company is way better than places I have ever worked. No more overtime than was ever expected in the past at other places.
Been downsizing since buyout. Will fire you on the spot even those who relocated for company. Leadership manages by chaos and reacts to everything in the short term with no long term vision. Information is power so there is very little communication from managers. Definite club for favorites bad news if you are not in it
