The best reason to work for TP is the fact that almost every position is a telecommuting position.

The company does not communicate well with its employees; insurance was recently switched with two days notice to sign up for the new plan. Payday has been missed eight times in the last five months; no emails ever give any notice that there will be problems with payroll, and often no follow-up email, either. Most of the upper-level management has left, leaving people with little to no management experience holding the bag, and insuring that the downward spiral will continue.
