Pay is really good in TN, you get 2% commission so that helps a lot. 401k is 6% and pto accruing is nice.

The payroll is very bad back in 2018 $1 million store would have gotten 127 hours now payroll is down to 107 hours. You’re doing much more with much less people. Regional managers have a lot on their plate so a lot of the times they’re unavailable for you. The tech the company uses is very bad. It crashes a lot and most of the time you have to figure out a way to do basic tasks. Trying to find answers to a simple question can be very difficult sometimes.
