Indeed a well process-based company, the management is professional and takes care of employees like a family member, worth working in this company. The company gives all the benefit to employees like medical, paid leaves, special leaves during Covid - 19, work from home, loan, and dinner for the employees those work in Irish shift. CEO of the company himself cares a lot about every employee of the organization and fully supports them. he prefers to have an open discussion with every employee that's the reason his bond with the employee is much stronger. The HOD's of the department are very professional and support their teams and groom them to be future leaders.
