Great colleagues – people here are friendly, supportive, and highly professional. Everyone genuinely tries to meet the company’s expectations and deliver high-quality work. Work–life balance is generally good (as long as late shifts are not introduced).
Kontras
Lack of clear and consistent processes can make the role more challenging than necessary. The organisation is often in a state of continuous change, and updates are sometimes communicated only after they have already been implemented. Expectations are high, but training and guidance are not always sufficient to support them. There can also be a sense of hierarchy between teams (especially from QC team that thinks they are superior - people leaving because of that department), which at times affects collaboration and trust. Overall, there is significant room for improvement in structure, communication, and development.
