the reason people stay here is because of the team and the people they work with. managements have favourites if your in the clique you will go far if not your life will suck.

so many where to start ! management playing favourites, micromanaged on everything you do, systems are slow, excos and higher management don't care about the staff or the employees they pretend they do but its not the case, bullied by management , bonuses are non existent although we are told we will get a pay rise but this never happens, no progression, very little or no training your basically told to jump on the phones in a day or 2! computers are outdated software is from 2015! no work life balance, managers discuss your business with other managers! they don't want to listen to the employees higher management only cares about making money themselves and making sure they get their bonuses, not value or appreciated as an employee tech Mahindra is going to run this company to the ground!
