It was a fun job and the staff made you feel welcomed. Managers were understandable and the job itself got your heart pumping sometimes. Competitive workplace as well.

Sometimes a little misjudgment and prejudice are used by others when determining theft. It is a very team-focused role and if one puts a load on another member, it becomes a bit chaotic. Sometimes there is favoritism between the team and other members.
