Pros
I've worked with some of the most incredible people I've ever met at Target. Average Team Members are caring, passionate people that are generally given the freedom to do what they need to do (at least in Target Tech).
Kontras
Leadership is out of touch and makes decisions that hurt Team Members AND the bottom line. They say one thing (like "We stand with the LGBTQIA+ community) while doing another (pulling Pride merch and allowing right-wing folks to harass and terrorize Team Members). They care about profits over people, and always will. I guess that's what you get with a big company, but it feels like a stab in the back after having them advertised as a great, caring place to work.
